Candles

I feel like I am burning the candle at both ends. It has been a busy week. A confusing time at work trying to figure out my role as described and how I function as a worker. It is hard to balance expectations of me and my experience.

It is finally getting busy, and baby has been sick with fever the entire weekend. I've been trying to gather my experiences to figure out what it could be: ear infection, teething, roseola, etc. Dh has offered to stay home tomorrow, and he may have to. I have a lot of running around between locations to offer my services and for training.

In an effort to calm myself down, I switched lenses to the 50 mm f/1.8 to practice more "macro-ish" pictures. Basically, I am trying to take very focused pictures so I can cropped them down and make them look like Macro. I don't know if I have the concept, but I am enjoying the process.
